• No parent committee has been established, despite the location caring for more than 50 children since November 2025 and being required to do so

Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected after-school care (BSO) Sportify Kids in Heiloo on 22 May 2026. The location provides care for 32 children aged 4 to 13 years. Although many aspects are well organized, three violations were identified: a shortage of qualified staff resulting in a trainee being temporarily left alone with a child, the absence of a qualified first aider during that same situation, and the lack of a parent committee despite the location having cared for more than 50 children since November 2025. The first two violations were resolved following a recovery offer.
