Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an annual inspection on 11 May 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Radboud Kindcentrum in Heiloo, part of Stichting Blosse opvang. The location provides care for 84 children aged 4 to 13 years in 4 core groups. Initially, a violation was identified: the pedagogical policy plan lacked a description of how children can settle into a new core group. Following a recovery offer, the location subsequently included this in the pedagogical work plan, after which all conditions were met. Other areas such as personnel, safety, accommodation and parental rights immediately complied. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
