GGD Hollands Midden conducted an unannounced post-registration inspection on 20 October 2025 at BSO Sam enspel - location SV Nieuwkoop, an after-school care (BSO) for 57 children (4 years to primary school age) located in the canteen of sports club S.V. Nieuwkoop. The location meets the statutory quality requirements in most areas. One violation was identified regarding the accommodation: visible alcoholic beverages and advertising for these in the group room, meaning it was not arranged in a safe and appropriate manner. The holder was given a recovery offer and took immediate measures, including consultation with the football club, amendment of the safety policy and work process. Following recovery, the location now meets all requirements. The advice to the municipality is no enforcement action.
