About this care
BSO Pardoes (CSW) is located at Generaal Eisenhowerlaan 25 in the Klarenbeek district of Middelburg. We are part of Kinderopvang Walcheren and provide after-school care for up to 30 children aged 4 to 12. Our location is situated within the CSW Toorop Talentcollege building, giving us access to unique facilities such as a technology lab, a professional kitchen, and a gym.
Children can play games, read comics, or play shop in our own room after school. The oldest children have a separate space in the adjacent CSW building. We also offer activities like cooking in a real restaurant kitchen, sports in the gym, building in the technology lab, and cuddling with animals. There's never a dull moment here!
Free parking is available at the location and in the surrounding area. Our pedagogical staff guide the children with enthusiasm and ensure a safe and stimulating environment where they can relax and develop.Read more

Summary
GGD Zeeland conducted an unannounced incidental inspection on 3 July 2025 at after-school care (BSO) Pardoes (CSW) in Middelburg, part of Stichting Kinderopvang Walcheren. The inspection took place due to an application to change the number of childcare places from 30 to 16, because of a smaller group room. The inspection showed that the new space of 57.9 m² is sufficient for 16 children (required: 56 m²). All assessed quality requirements have been met: general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, safety and health, and accommodation. A safety point was discussed: doors to the hallway and outside must remain open with door stoppers due to the risk of fingers getting caught in the door. The location manager will adjust the action plan accordingly. No violations were identified.
