BSO Majest in Edam, a new after-school care (BSO) for a maximum of 35 children (ages 4-12), was inspected on 27 November 2025 by GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland. The unannounced investigation following registration showed that the location meets all assessed quality requirements. The pedagogical practice is positive: staff provide emotional safety, respect children's autonomy and guide social interactions. The staff is well-qualified and the staff-child ratio is in order. Safety, accommodation and parent information also comply. No parent committee has yet been established, but the holder has up to 6 months after registration to do so. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
