GGD Flevoland conducted an unannounced follow-up inspection at after-school care (BSO) Little Family in Almere on 19 January 2026. This inspection followed an annual inspection on 26 June 2025 during which violations had been identified. The inspection focused on the remediation of shortcomings in the areas of changes, qualification requirements, and safety and health. Most violations have been sufficiently remedied. Staff members now hold appropriate qualifications and meet the language requirement. The safety and health policy is now available on-site, the reporting code is present, and knowledge thereof has been enhanced. However, it was found that the establishment number in the National Childcare Register (LRK) is still not correctly registered; the after-school care (BSO) has a unique establishment number with the Chamber of Commerce that still needs to be included in the LRK.
