Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hart voor Brabant conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation on 1 September 2026 at after-school care (BSO) De Schat in Sprang-Capelle. This investigation followed an incidental inspection on 7 May 2026 during which violations were identified regarding Certificates of Good Conduct (VOG) and staff-child ratios. The municipality of Waalwijk had issued a directive with a two-week recovery period. This follow-up investigation found that the location now meets all assessed quality requirements. Staff are correctly registered in the Childcare Personnel Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang) and the staff-child ratio is being observed. The administration provides adequate transparency.
