The location provides care for up to 30 children from groups 6-8. The pedagogical climate and staffing/group arrangements fully met statutory requirements: the pedagogical policy is clear, the practice is child-centered and provides emotional safety, sufficient qualified staff are present, and Certificates of Conduct (VOGs) and language proficiency levels are in order. Under 'Safety and health', one violation was identified: a separate safety and health policy per location was missing. The operator was given a recovery offer and submitted a general policy plus location-specific plan on 7 October 2025, with which the violation was remedied.
