About this care
Welcome to BSO De Samenstroom Molenbroek, located in the former sports hall canteen of De Molenbroek sports hall at Sportlaan 5 in Gemert. Our childcare center is part of Kindcentrum De Samenstroom and provides after-school care for up to 26 children aged 4 to 12 years.
Our BSO is divided into three age groups: 4-6 years, 6-8 years, and 8 to 12 years. We offer a varied activity program called GOO for Fun (GFF), where children can discover and develop their interests and talents. Activities include cooking, sports and games, technology & arts, drama & theater, music & dance, and nature activities.
For creative children, we have had De Talentenstroom since 2023, a special BSO space in the Kunstlokaal building. Here children aged 6 to 12 can engage in creative activities like crafting, music, and other cultural activities in collaboration with the Kunstlokaal.
Our opening hours are: before-school care from 7:30 to 8:30 AM (extended from 7:00 AM possible) and after-school care on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:45 to 6:30 PM, and on Friday from 12:30 to 6:30 PM. On Wednesday, after-school care from 12:30 to 6:30 PM is provided at location 't Einder, for which we arrange transportation.
We work closely with primary schools in the area and provide a safe, familiar environment where children can relax after school. Our pedagogical staff guide the children with great care and attention, ensuring every child feels welcome and valued.Read more

Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected after-school care (BSO) De Samenstroom Molenbroek in Gemert on 4 August 2026. The after-school care accommodates 42 children aged 7–12 in two base groups. Overall, the location performs well in meeting the quality requirements. The pedagogical climate and staff and groups scored positively. However, there were two violations regarding the safety and health policy: risks with major consequences and risks with minor consequences were insufficiently documented at location level. The provider made use of the recovery offer and remedied the shortcomings on 18 August 2026. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
