The annual Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection of 4 December 2025 shows that the location meets the quality requirements on almost all aspects: the pedagogical climate is positive, staff respond sensitively and stimulate children's social, emotional and cognitive development; all employees are correctly registered, hold the required diplomas and receive annual coaching. There were two shortcomings in the pedagogical policy: 1) The core group's working method during before-school care was missing from the work plan – following a recovery offer, this has since been added and brought into compliance. 2) The location's own settling-in policy was not followed: a child was given three settling-in sessions before the contract start date, whereas the policy only permits settling-in at the after-school care (BSO) after the contract has begun; this violation has not yet been resolved. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland to enforce in accordance with the enforcement policy.
