Summary
BSO Idefix in Culemborg, part of Stichting Dichtbij Kinderopvang, was inspected on 21 July 2026 by GGD Gelderland-Zuid. The location provides after-school care (BSO) to 64 children aged 7-13 in two base groups, housed in the SBO Koningin Julianaschool primary school. The overall conclusion is that following recovery offers, the provider meets all quality requirements. The pedagogical practice scores well: staff create an emotionally safe environment, offer varied activities, and guide children in their social development. However, two violations were identified that were resolved through recovery offers: an incomplete description in the pedagogical policy plan regarding cross-location care on school-free days, and an exceedance of the maximum group size in base group 2 (35 children instead of the maximum of 30). Both shortcomings were resolved within the set timeframe. Staff meet all qualification requirements, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) obligations, and staff-to-child ratio requirements. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
