About this care
BSO 2Keizers is located inside the De Kleine Keizer primary-school building at Loosduinse Uitleg 10 in the Loosduinen district. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in two small groups of up to 12 children each: one group for 4–7 year-olds and one for 7–12 year-olds. All staff members also work in the school itself, so children and parents meet the same familiar faces throughout the day.
Younger children take part in themed activities that connect to what they are learning in class. Older children are encouraged to be independent: they decide for themselves whether to do homework, play outside or start a creative project. After school we offer a varied programme of sports, creative workshops and cooking activities. During holidays and study days every child can join 2Samen KICKS at no extra cost—an active holiday programme packed with games, workshops and adventure days.

Summary
This inspection report concerns BSO 2Keizers in 's-Gravenhage, an after-school care (BSO) for up to 30 children (ages 4-12) located in primary school De Kleine Keizer. The inspection took place on 17 November 2025, the first full inspection visit since opening on 1 July 2025. The location offers before-school and after-school care in two groups. The pedagogical climate is assessed positively: there is a relaxed atmosphere, children feel at ease and are stimulated in their development. Two violations were identified: a problem with the VOG (Certificate of Conduct) verification of the holder (due to an unknown Chamber of Commerce number in the Trade Register) and insufficient staff knowledge of the reporting, consultation and disclosure obligations (MOA). A recovery offer was made for the MOA violation, which was successfully completed; staff are now sufficiently informed. The VOG issue is of an administrative nature and has not affected safety. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises enforcement in accordance with policy.
