About this care
Welcome to BSO Den Dijk, part of Kindcentrum Den Dijk located in the heart of Odiliapeel. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years in a safe and relaxed environment. Our BSO collaborates with Kanteel childcare and is located at Oudedijk 48, where children can play, discover, and learn new things after school.
Our focus is on having fun and being together. Children help decide which activities we organize. One day we might play a game, the next day we learn to take beautiful photos or participate in an exciting boxing workshop. Every day is different! We offer creative workshops, sports activities, and quality time with friends.
Our pedagogical staff create a warm and safe atmosphere where children can fully relax after a school day. We believe it's important that children can be themselves and make their own choices within our offerings.

Summary
After-school care (BSO) Den Dijk in Odiliapeel, part of Kiobra B.V. (Kanteel), was inspected by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hart voor Brabant on 8 January 2026. The location provides care for 44 children (ages 4-13) in two groups. Overall, the location meets the quality requirements well. The pedagogical climate is strong: staff act in accordance with policy and create a warm, trusting environment. Personnel registration and complaints handling are also in order. However, there were two violations for which a recovery offer was made: the domestic violence and child abuse reporting protocol was insufficiently known to new staff, and the parent committee had insufficient members (only one parent instead of at least two). Both violations have since been resolved. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
