About this care

AI
Welcome to BSO De Rode Loper, located in the heart of the community centre De Rode Loper at Paulus Potterplein 42 in Kaatsheuvel. We provide small-scale after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. Our BSO is a place where children can be themselves after school. We work with one base group, allowing children to naturally form small groups and play together. For us, care time is also free time. We give children the space to seek each other out and enjoy themselves to the fullest. Our pedagogical staff listen to the stories children want to tell and engage with their world of experience. The activities we offer are related to sports, nature or cooking. We have our own kitchen, so children can get hands-on. Every day looks different. Children can use their own space within the community centre. They can also retreat to the large central hall or to the spacious, enclosed outdoor playground. We also regularly go to the square at ’t Mastgat. For children from OBS Den Bussel and OBS de Touwladder, we provide care on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons. On Wednesday and during pre-school care (VSO), the children visit De Rode Loper. We work closely with OBS Den Bussel and OBS de Touwladder to ensure a smooth transition from school to after-school care. Our opening hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14:30 to 18:30, Wednesday from 11:30 to 18:30 and Friday from 11:30 to 18:30 (care then takes place at BSO de Touwladder).
