Summary

BSO De Robbedoes in Enschede, part of Stichting Humankind, was inspected unannounced by GGD Twente on 30 March 2026. The after-school care (BSO) accommodates a maximum of 44 children aged 4 to 12 years in two base groups. All assessed requirements in the domains of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights are met. The pedagogical practice shows strong points: children are challenged in their development, given autonomy and structure, and staff act consistently and professionally. No areas for improvement or violations were identified. The personnel meet all qualification requirements and the staff-to-child ratio is in order. The safety policy, domestic violence reporting code and complaint handling also comply with legislation and regulations.
