Summary

This follow-up inspection on 20 May 2026 at after-school care (BSO) De Meertuin in Slootdorp focused on an earlier violation: not all children had an assigned mentor due to structural absence of permanent staff. During the annual inspection in September 2025, multiple violations were identified, including pedagogical policy, stability of childcare, safety and health policy, and requirements for premises. At the follow-up inspection in December 2025, most violations had been resolved, except for stability of childcare. In response, the municipality issued an order subject to a penalty for non-compliance. This current inspection has shown that the provider has taken sufficient measures: all children are now assigned to a mentor. The earlier violation has been lifted. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement action.
