BSO De Hoeksteen is located at Zwaluwstraat 49 in the heart of Dokkum. As part of Kindcentrum De Hoeksteen, we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our BSO is housed in the same building as the primary school, ensuring a seamless transition from school to after-school care.
We are available for your child on weekdays from Monday to Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30 AM and from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. On Fridays, our opening hours are from 7:00 to 8:30 AM and from 12:00 to 6:00 PM. These times align perfectly with school hours, ensuring your child always has care available.
As part of Kindcentrum De Hoeksteen, we work intensively with the school. This means we can closely follow and support your child's development. Our professional pedagogical staff are ready to provide your child with a safe and challenging afternoon after a day at school.

BSO De Hoeksteen in Dokkum, part of Stichting Kinderopvang Friesland, was inspected by GGD Fryslân on 15 June 2026. The after-school care (BSO) accommodates a maximum of 22 children aged 4-12 years in one base group, housed in Basisschool De Hoeksteen. The annual inspection showed that the location meets all assessed statutory quality requirements.
