BSO De Haven

BSO De Haven is located in the IKC de Vaart in Ter Aar. The location consists of three groups spread across 2 spaces in the IKC. The BSO young group consists of a maximum of 10 children aged between 4 and 5.5 years and uses the preschool/toddler care classroom. BSO middle consists of 20 children aged 4 to 13 years and BSO old consists of 10 children aged 7 to 13 years. Both groups are located on the first floor. BSO De Haven provides care in a pleasant, cozy atmosphere where children feel comfortable at the after-school care (BSO). The group rooms offer various play corners where different activities take place; building, relaxing, crafting, puzzling. The staff encourage children to participate in the activities they offer, but also find it very important that children indicate what they want to do themselves; BSO time is, after all, the children's free time! This location has a varied outdoor play area with many possibilities on different playgrounds. There is the opportunity to use the running track or to kick a ball around in the football cage. The Argonne Park is within walking distance and is a beautiful spot for sports activities. And when the weather is bad, we can use the de Vaart sports hall to relax through movement after a long school day. During the holiday BSO, we work with an engaging theme featuring fun, sporty and challenging activities. This way, being at the BSO becomes a celebration during the holidays.
