Summary

GGD Fryslân conducted a registration inspection on 9 June 2026 at BSO de Fjouwerhoeke in Hantumhuizen, a new after-school care (BSO) location of Stichting Kinderopvang Friesland. The facility accommodates a maximum of 12 children (ages 4-12) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, including holiday care. The inspection was carried out using the 'Strict at the Gate' method, which rigorously assesses whether the location immediately meets all quality requirements. All examined areas were found satisfactory: registration, administration, pedagogical policy, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation, and parental rights. The location has its own group room and uses the schoolyard of primary school De Fjouwerhoeke as outdoor play space. The interior setup will be completed over the summer. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
