After-school care (BSO) Pluk in Schaijk was inspected on 12 January 2026 by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hart voor Brabant. The location provides care for up to 36 children aged 4 to 13 years in four base groups. The pedagogical practice was assessed positively: staff show involvement, listen attentively to children, and use positive phrasing for behaviour. Two violations were identified that were resolved through a recovery offer: the pedagogical policy plan lacked concrete descriptions of base group working methods and the deployment of alternatively qualified staff. Additionally, an alternatively qualified staff member had gone to the forest without supervision. Both violations have been resolved. The location now meets all quality requirements.
