Summary

BSO Zazou in Rotterdam was subject to a follow-up investigation on 23 July 2026 following a previously identified violation of the safety and health policy during the annual inspection of 2 December 2025. This concerns an after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 6 years with 65 places, located in primary school De Bergse Zonnebloem. During the earlier investigation, concrete descriptions of risks of transgressive behaviour, an action plan and arrangements for the backup person on call when only one professional was present were missing. The provider has tightened the policy, developed a new protocol and drawn up a protocol handbook. In this follow-up investigation, the provider now meets all quality requirements. No enforcement action is advised.
