BSO De Kleibende at Johan de Wittlaan 5 in Rotterdam provides after-school care (BSO) for 45 children aged 4–12. The inspection on 18 February 2025 shows that the pedagogical practice, safety provisions, and information provided to parents are well organised. Following a recovery offer, the pedagogical policy (which lacked a description of care on school-free days) and the student supervision plan have also been completed and approved. There is still no parent committee despite recruitment efforts; this remains a point of attention. No violations or direct risks to children. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to enforce the requirement due to the missing mandatory parent committee.
