About this care
BSO Toppers is located at Weseperweg 2 in Heeten and offers after-school care for up to 36 children from the age of 7. We are part of Kinderopvang Koos and have been registered in the National Childcare Register since September 1, 2024, under number 238195764.
Our location operates with two groups and is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2:15 PM to 6:00 PM. We provide children with a safe and stimulating environment to relax, play, and develop in their own way after school. At BSO Toppers, boredom simply doesn’t exist — every day is filled with new adventures, shared with friends.
BSO Toppers is designed specifically for children attending primary school. We focus on children aged 7 and up, creating a space where they feel free to explore, move, and learn. Our qualified pedagogical staff are ready to guide and inspire the children.

BSO Toppers in Heeten, part of KOOS, was inspected by GGD IJsselland (Municipal Health Service) on 8 June 2026. The unannounced annual inspection shows that the location meets all quality requirements. The after-school care (BSO) accommodates 36 children (ages 7-13) at primary school St. Bernadette. All examined domains – general requirements, pedagogical climate, personnel, safety, accommodation, and parental rights – were rated satisfactory. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The GGD advises the municipality of Raalte not to take enforcement measures.
