BSO Nella Della Baarsjes

BSO Nella Della Baarsjes has been a trusted name in Amsterdam Oud-West for more than five years. We provide after-school care for up to 16 children aged 4 to 12. Our location at Columbusplein 253 is small-scale and homely, so every child feels at home quickly. We believe that after a long school day children should simply be children. That is why our experienced, qualified pedagogical staff prepare a fresh, home-cooked warm meal every day. Afterwards there is plenty of room to play, discover and grow. We go outside every day: the children can use our own outdoor play area with seesaw, sandpit and climbing frame, as well as the large Columbusplein right in front of the door. It is only a few metres’ walk, so we are outside in no time. Each week we organise a fun workshop—think crafts, cooking, sports and games or creative outings in the neighbourhood. Thanks to the limited group size our staff have time and attention for every child. We work with a fixed team, so children always see the same familiar faces and parents know who is caring for their son or daughter. We are open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:30.
