Summary

The annual unannounced inspection on 30 July 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Miracle Kids 'Flowers en Powers' in Amsterdam shows a stable organisation with committed management and a positive pedagogical climate. The staff provide sound care in which children feel emotionally safe and are supported in their development. However, four violations were identified: three concerning the pedagogical policy plan (missing descriptions of base group size, activities outside the base group, and frameworks for deviating from staff deployment) and one concerning the safety and health policy (insufficient measures for BSO bus use during outings). All violations have been resolved following a recovery offer. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises that no administrative measures be imposed.
