Welcome to BSO De Bosuiltjes, a warm and small-scale after-school care centre located at Meidoornstraat 13 in Nieuwolda. Operated as a sole proprietorship by Natasja Verhoeven, we provide care for up to eight children aged 4 to 12. Since 11 March 2025, we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) under number 329296012, ensuring full compliance with all legal quality standards for out-of-school care. Our team of experienced pedagogical staff is ready every day to offer children a safe and familiar place after school. Thanks to our small-scale approach, we can give each child personal attention and tailor our care to their individual needs. Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report dated 8 July 2025 for after-school care (BSO) De Bosuiltjes in Nieuwolda presents a positive picture. The location, established at Meidoornlaan since February 2025, provides care for a maximum of 16 children in a combined daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) and after-school care (BSO) group for children aged 0–13 years. The inspection, carried out by GGD Groningen on behalf of the municipality of Oldambt, assessed all areas: general conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights. Legal requirements were met across all areas. The pedagogical practice was positively assessed: there is a good atmosphere, staff are sensitive and responsive, and there is sufficient play material for all ages. Staff hold correct qualifications and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) statements. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The advice to the Municipal Executive is: no enforcement action.
