Our Thuis-Crèche childminders work in small groups of up to 6 children, so your child receives plenty of personal attention. Welkom Kind has been officially registered with the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) since 2005. Since 2016 we have held the GGD GREEN predicate (low-risk profile), which means the GGD inspection has confidence in our quality and safety. We score well on pedagogical policy and practice, safety and health, complaints handling and compliance with regulations. All childminders (gastouders) are screened and must meet legal requirements, including a Certificate of Conduct (VOG-verklaring) and registration in the Childcare Personnel Register (Persoonsregister Kinderopvang).

Summary
On 10 September 2026, an unannounced annual inspection took place at childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Adamiec in Tilburg. The childminder has been registered since 4 May 2026 with 5 childcare places and is affiliated with childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Welkom Kind B.V. Care is offered for children aged 0 to 12 years, but to date the agency has not made any placements and the childminder has not yet been able to provide care. The conditions for policy implementation in practice were therefore not assessed. The childminder meets all assessed quality requirements regarding registration, cooperation and compliance, Certificate of Conduct (VOG), personnel register, qualification and first aid certificate (valid until 19 January 2028). The new statutory requirements for education and coaching effective from 1 July 2026 have not yet been assessed due to the absence of operation; the childminder has however provided insight into planned activities.
