Gastouderbureau ViaViela is het grootste gastouderbureau van Nederland, gespecialiseerd in kleinschalige gastouderopvang in een huiselijke omgeving. Sinds de oprichting in 2005 hebben ViaViela gastouders al meer dan 225.000 kinderen opgevangen. Het bureau biedt ouders persoonlijke begeleiding bij het vinden van een geschikte gastouder en werkt met een zorgvuldige screening en selectie van gastouders. ViaViela heeft 40 vestigingen verspreid over heel Nederland, waardoor er altijd een vaste contactpersoon in de buurt beschikbaar is. Ouders kunnen rekenen op kwalitatieve opvang waarbij veilige hechting, oog voor eigenheid en talentontwikkeling centraal staan.

ViaViela has nationwide coverage with more than 40 locations spread throughout the Netherlands. The agency has 225 contact persons across the country, ensuring there is always a dedicated contact person available near parents. ViaViela knows all childminders in every region of the country and therefore has an extensive network of professional childminders in every province.

ViaViela complies with all legal requirements for childminder agencies (gastouderbureaus). All locations and childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) and are regularly inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). Childminder agencies are inspected annually; childminders receive a GGD inspector every two years. ViaViela has established an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act and offers parents various channels for questions and complaints. The agency uses secure payment systems where payments are processed through the childminder agency, ensuring payments reach the childminder safely.
