Christelijk Gastouderbureau De Herberg has 15 branches throughout the Netherlands, with childminders (gastouders) in virtually every region. Our national network ensures that we can always find a Christian childminder in your area. We are active in cities and regions across the country, from Groningen to Limburg and from Zeeland to Twente.

As a recognised childminder agency (gastouderbureau), we meet all requirements of the Childcare Act (Wet Kinderopvang) and are registered with the GGD (Municipal Health Service). Our childminders (gastouders) are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang/LRK), which makes childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) possible. We conduct personal intake interviews, register childminders in the LRK, hold evaluation meetings and carry out annual risk assessments at care locations. The GGD checks whether our financial flows are correct and inspects the quality of care.
