This inspection report concerns BSO 2Leeuwen in Naaldwijk, a new after-school care (BSO) for a maximum of 25 children (ages 7-12) run by organisation 2Samen, opened on 1 September 2025. The inspection took place on 6 October 2025. The pedagogical quality meets statutory requirements: there is a relaxed atmosphere, staff respond warmly and supportively, and children are given room for self-direction. Staff qualifications, staff-to-child ratios, safety policy, paediatric first aid, and the reporting code for domestic violence also comply. Two violations were identified: the mentor assignment was not documented and parents/children had not been informed about this (Staff and groups), and the inspection report was not available on the website or at the location (Parent rights). Both violations have been resolved through a recovery offer. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement action.
