At BSO Zoef 2.0, located at Albert Verweystraat 6 in Venlo-Blerick, we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13. Our facility is housed in the modern and centrally located community center Boulevard Hazenkamp, where there is always something new to discover. As part of Spring Kinderopvang, we operate under one clear vision: helping children grow by giving them space to develop themselves. We offer a safe, social environment where children can play, explore, and relax after their school day. Our qualified pedagogical staff are ready to guide the children in activities that match their interests and developmental stage. Summary
BSO Zoef 2.0 in Venlo provides care for 32 children aged 4-13 at the Huis van de Wijk community centre. The annual inspection visit on 26 August 2025 shows that the location generally functions well: the pedagogical climate is positive, staff are competent, and children experience emotional safety and structure. There was one violation: the safety and health policy stated that every playground visit would be checked every 10 minutes, whereas in practice an arrangement was made to check every 15 minutes. This shortcoming was resolved within the set timeframe through a recovery offer. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality not to take enforcement measures. The continued focus point is keeping policy structurally up to date and discussing discrepancies between policy and practice within the team.
