The Maples Day Care of Basker International Childcare, formerly known as Zein Childcare, is located on the Houtrustweg in the Bomenbuurt area of The Hague, on the edge of the European School campus. This modern, purpose-built childcare location offers full-day care for children aged 0 to 4 years in three vertical (mixed-age) day care groups. The eco-friendly, light-filled building features natural wooden child-height furniture, soft coloured walls and cosy play areas. Open-access learning zones such as construction, imagination, and nature encourage children's curiosity and learning through play. Outdoors, a 500 m² natural playground offers bikes, a sandpit, water fountain, and a vegetable garden. The programme includes puppet shows, music sessions, and toddler gym, with occasional outings to local playgrounds and the library. Our on-site chef prepares warm, organic meals daily.
