About this care
Welcome to Partou After-School Care Wilhelminapark! Our homelike villa is located at Wilhelminapark 17, right in the centre of Breda. We welcome children aged 4 to 12 in a warm, safe environment where fun and discovery are key.
As soon as school ends, our pedagogical staff are waiting at Dr De Visser, KBS Petrus and Paulus, Nuts Dirk van Veen and De Zandberg. The children put on a bright vest and come with us to our villa on foot, by bike or by taxi. There, a varied programme awaits: in the play attic they create water-colour portraits, clay sculptures or architectural masterpieces with blocks. Those who prefer a quiet moment can curl up with a book in the chill room.
Outside there is a large city garden for running, climbing and playing. We cook and bake together, sing and make music, and during the holidays we organise special programmes you won’t want to miss. Every day a fresh, hot meal is served and through our own app we keep parents updated on all the adventures.

Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected the after-school care (BSO) Wilhelm inapark in Breda on 16 June 2025. The location accommodates up to 30 children aged 4-13 in two groups. All examined areas – pedagogical climate, staff and groups, accommodation and parental rights – meet statutory requirements. The pedagogical policy is up-to-date and the four core objectives (emotional safety, personal and social development, value transfer) are safeguarded. Staff hold the correct diplomas and certificates of conduct (verklaring omtrent gedrag/VOG); staffing ratios are in order. The premises are safe, more than sufficiently spacious (108 m² indoor, 90 m² outdoor) and well-equipped. Parents are actively informed via website and parent app, there is an active parent committee and a functioning complaints procedure; no complaints were received in 2024. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
