About this care
Welcome to Wiedewei Puttershoek, our green after-school care located at Ring 25 in the heart of Puttershoek. As part of Kibeo, we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years in a sustainable and natural environment.
Our BSO accommodates up to 24 children and is open Monday through Friday. We start our before-school care from 7:00 AM and are there for all children from the area after school hours. With us, everything revolves around green and sustainability. We grow our own vegetables and fruits in our own vegetable garden, through which we playfully teach children about nature and healthy food.
Our pedagogical staff guide the children in a green environment where discovering, playing and learning are central. We believe that children learn the most beautiful things by experiencing and exploring themselves. In our garden they not only learn how vegetables grow, but they also discover the importance of sustainability and respect for nature.
We offer a safe and familiar place where children can develop, make new friends and have fun playing after a day at school. Our location is centrally located and easily accessible for families from Puttershoek and surrounding areas.Read more

Summary
BSO Wiedewei Puttershoek (Kibeo) received an annual, unannounced inspection on 10 March 2025. The location is compliant with all legal requirements following a recovery offer. The pedagogical climate is positive: the group has a relaxed atmosphere, the staff member is sensitive and works according to the current pedagogical policy. The indoor (108.9 m²) and outdoor spaces provide sufficient play area for the proposed expansion from 22 to 24 places. There was one shortcoming: the staff member present did not have a valid first aid certificate. The organisation accepted the recovery offer; the staff member subsequently obtained the certificate and the schedule is being adjusted so that a certified adult is always present. Other safety and health procedures, reporting code and person register are in order. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action and to approve the request for place expansion.
