This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Ms. Mandy van Vught in Sint-Michielsgestel, affiliated with host parent agency Pippelien. The host parent intends to start providing daycare and after-school care on Mondays and Tuesdays from 1 October 2025, for two children aged 1 and 4 years, at the requesting parent's residential address. Almost all areas immediately complied with statutory requirements. One violation was identified in the area of the duty to report, consult, and notify: the host parent was not aware of the role of the Confidential Inspector and the duty to notify. This was discussed and resolved on the spot via a recovery offer. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to include the host parent in the National Childcare Register.
