Summary

Early childhood education program Villa Fleur provides early childhood education to a maximum of 16 children aged 2-4 years in two groups, five half-day sessions per week. The annual unannounced inspection visit took place on 27 October 2025. All assessed quality requirements (pedagogical climate, staff, safety, health and early childhood education) are fully met. The team of five permanent childcare professionals and one permanent substitute is stable and well-coordinated. Pedagogical staff work with the early childhood education program Uk & Puk, track development using the child monitoring system KIJK!, and provide over 960 hours of early childhood education per child in 1.5 years. The play-learning environment is challenging and arranged at child height. There is good collaboration with De Merkelbach primary school, with whom warm transitions take place. Parents are actively involved through newsletters, themed booklets and parent-child activities. Safety and health policies are in place and being followed; first aid certificates are up to date. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to take note of this report.
