A new staff member was found during the inspection to have only just met the general language requirement for ECE; the holder had previously interpreted this incorrectly. The holder has tightened internal procedures accordingly and emphasised that the staff member was never alone with the group. No violations were found and no recovery offer (herstelaanbod) was made. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to recognise the location as an early childhood education facility and award the quality subsidy.
