This is a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) with two core groups for a maximum of 16 children aged 2 to 4 years per group, with preschool education through the Piramide early childhood education (VVE) programme. All inspected quality requirements have been met. The play-and-learning environment is experienced as rich and stimulating, with good attention to language development, independence, and social interaction. The team of four permanent staff members is stable and well-trained, with cooperating early childhood education coaches (VE-coaches) in both groups. There is a clear care structure and good cooperation with primary school Samenspel, including warm transitions.
