About this care
BSO Victoria is a sports-oriented after-school care facility located in the clubhouse of korfball club DKV at sport park De Diemen, Sportlaan 13A in Diemen. We provide care for children aged 7 to 12 years. Our location features beautiful sports fields and offers a varied sports program.
While there is sufficient indoor space and materials for play, the emphasis is on outdoor play and sports. Activities are tailored to the age and level of the children. We work with an annual plan that includes as many different sports as possible. During holidays, we offer a varied daily sports program organized by age group.
Children from De Kersenboom primary school can walk to our sports complex. We follow the Pedagogical Heart of Kind&co ludens, giving children space to feel comfortable, have fun, grow and discover. BSO Victoria on Sportlaan in Diemen provides after-school care (BSO) for up to 38 children aged 7–12 in a korfball club building. The annual Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection on 13 February 2025 shows that the location meets all statutory quality requirements. The pedagogical staff provide emotional safety through calm handovers, clear structure, and engagement. They stimulate personal and social skills through creative and sports activities. All staff hold the correct diplomas, Certificates of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG), and are present in sufficient numbers. The safety and health policy is in order: outdoor play takes place under supervision, and independent travel home is well arranged with parental consent. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The organisation responded positively to the draft report. The GGD advises the municipality to take no enforcement action.
