This inspection report concerns a registration investigation of the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Hulswit van Dijk at the address Venus 71 in Berkel en Rodenrijs. The childminder is moving and wishes to provide childcare at the new address from 10 November 2025. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) has visited both the current and the new address in order to make a proper assessment. All assessed quality requirements have been found to be in order, including registration, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), expertise, accommodation, group composition, backup care, safety and reporting code. One safety measure has been identified that still needs to be carried out: covering power outlets. Because the childminder will only receive the key on 29 October 2025, she can only do so then. The GGD does not see this as an obstacle to starting the childcare and will check this during the first unannounced inspection after registration.
