The childminder/host parent, affiliated with childminder agency (gastouderbureau) ViaViela Judith Dijkgraaf, wishes to care for a maximum of six children aged 4 to 13 years, mainly on weekends. During the inspection visit on 4 July 2025, it appeared that the risk assessment for safety and health did not fully match practice: it contained risks and solutions for children under 4 years, while the childminder/host parent will only care for children aged 4+. This was designated as a recovery offer (herstelaanbod) and immediately resolved by drawing up a new, adjusted risk assessment. All other quality requirements have been assessed and found to be in order, including registration, pedagogical practice, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), expertise, accommodation and the domestic violence reporting code (meldcode huiselijk geweld).
