Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation of childminder Havenaar in Benthuizen, conducted by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Midden on behalf of the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn. The childminder provides care at the requesting parent's home address for three children aged 1, 2 and 4 years, through childminder agency Passie-4-Kids. All examined domains meet the statutory requirements. The childminder holds the appropriate diplomas, a valid first aid certificate, and is registered in the persons register. Three action items from the risk assessment had not yet been implemented at the time of the inspection visit, but the childminder subsequently remedied these by sending photographs of secured smoke detectors, corner protectors on the coffee table, and safety hooks for roller blinds. No violations were identified and the recommendation is to include the facility in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).
