Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by Chilel García in Oosterbeek, affiliated with childminder agency 4Kids B.V. The childminder will provide care for two children (aged 1 and 3) at the parents' home on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The inspection was carried out by the Safety and Health Region Gelderland Midden (Veiligheids- en Gezondheidsregio Gelderland Midden) on behalf of the municipality of Renkum. All assessed quality requirements have been met, including registration, pedagogical climate, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and qualification requirements, premises, and safety and health. The childminder holds a valid first aid certificate and appropriate qualifications. One minor point was identified: a smoke detector in the attic was not correctly mounted, but this was remedied on the day of inspection by the parent. No violations or areas for improvement remain. The advice to the municipality is positive: include in the National Childcare Register.
