GGD Amsterdam conducted a pre-opening inspection on 28 May 2026 for VesperCare Zuidoost - SBO Dumont, an after-school care (BSO) facility for children with additional care needs. The location will relocate on 29 June 2026 from IKC Brasa to SBO Dumont in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The inspection assessed whether the new location would reasonably meet the quality requirements. The GGD concludes that this is the case and advises the municipality to permit operation. No violations or areas for improvement were identified at this new location. It is noted that during the annual inspection in 2025 at the previous location, an accommodation violation was identified, which was resolved following a recovery offer. The childcare will start with 2 base groups for a maximum of 21 children, with expansion to 28 children in due course.
