Summary
Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation on 29 June 2026 at BSO Vespercare-Harderwijk Springplank, an after-school care (buitenschoolse opvang/BSO) for a maximum of 10 children with additional care needs (ages 4–12). This investigation followed a post-registration inspection on 14 April 2026, during which shortcomings were identified regarding safety and health and accommodation. The location received a directive from the municipality on 5 June 2026 to remedy the deficiencies by 27 June 2026. The follow-up investigation found that the provider has resolved both violations: fruit and vegetables are now washed before consumption, and the BSO premises are now structurally available including during study days. The inspector concludes that the required conditions are being met.
