The inspection was unannounced and took place while children were present. The childminder and facility comply with all legal requirements. No violations were identified. Several safety risks were discussed, including a decorative ladder, play equipment without railings and a ditch in the garden. These risks are considered acceptable through direct supervision and measures. The wood-burning stove protection was defective during the inspection, but was replaced immediately afterwards (photo shown). No recovery offer was issued. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
