Welcome to Up Childcare located at Daniël Catterwijckstraat 6 in the heart of Rijswijk. Our cheerful toddler play school is housed in a spacious, bright building with its own outdoor area where children can safely play, cycle and explore every day. We are part of the social organization Up, which has been providing childcare with enthusiasm and experience for more than 25 years in Rijswijk, The Hague-Ypenburg and Delft. Everything we do revolves around the child. We work with a clear pedagogical vision in which learning through play is central. Each week features a new, challenging theme that connects with toddlers' world of experience. Think of themes such as 'animals in the garden', 'traffic' or 'the forest'. Through stories, songs, crafts and nature discovery, we stimulate language development and children's curiosity. Our groups are horizontally arranged, meaning children of the same age play and learn together. This creates peace and familiarity, and allows our pedagogical staff to connect well with each child's developmental stage. We offer both full and half-day care, ensuring there's always a suitable solution for your family. We work intensively with primary school 't Prisma, with whom we share the same building. This collaboration ensures a smooth transition to primary school and gives children confidence in their new environment. Pre-school education (VE) is standard with us, through which we additionally stimulate development in language, math and social skills.
