This inspection report concerns an unannounced investigation following registration of BSO United Kids Holding B.V. in Nunspeet, conducted on 17 February 2026. The after-school care (BSO) accommodates 33 children, divided across two base groups. The location generally complies well with legislation and regulations in areas such as pedagogical climate, safety and health, accommodation, and parental rights. One violation was identified: the deployment of a childcare professional in training (PMIO) who did not meet the qualification requirements, resulting in an incorrect staff-to-child ratio. The holder has responded and indicated that since week 9, a fully qualified pedagogical professional has been deployed and the PMIO now only functions as a group assistant. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to enforce in accordance with the enforcement policy.
