UniKidz Vechtoever is an after-school care (BSO) in Weesp for up to 60 children aged 7 to 13 years, established on 25 August 2025 in the canteen of Mixed Hockey Club Weesp. At the annual inspection on 12 November 2025, all quality requirements were met. The location has 3 base groups of up to 20 children and offers multilingual care with at least 50% Dutch. The pedagogical climate is positive: children feel emotionally safe, are stimulated in their independence and social skills. The staff is well trained and there is sufficient staffing. The safety and health policy is current and implemented. The accommodation meets requirements with sufficient indoor and outdoor space. The parent committee consists of 2 members; the provider is actively recruiting for a third member.
