Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) TOBI in Tiel was inspected on 11 May 2026 by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Gelderland-Zuid. The annual investigation shows that the agency meets all inspected quality requirements. TOBI mediates for 16 childminders (gastouders) in the Tiel region and has been operating since 2005. The operator, Marloes Carola Klein Werkhoven, is the sole mediation employee. All inspected areas — cooperation, pedagogical policy, personnel matters, safety and health, parental rights, and administration — were found to be satisfactory. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. In previous years (2023 and 2024), the previous operator did receive recovery offers (herstelaanbieden), but these have since been resolved. The GGD advises the municipality of Tiel not to take enforcement measures.
